Our apartments
Our modern style comfort-apartments have been designed exclusively for our holiday guests and are subject to the evaluation criteria of the Deutscher Tourismusverband e.V. (German tourism association). Both of the associations have rated us a three-star resort.
Three houses contain 57 comfort-apartments in total. We offer apartments in four different sizes (ca. 30 sq m, 40 sq m, 45 sq m, 68 sq m) with matching furniture and features.

- Furnished balcony (except type D apartments)

- Bedrooms with box spring mattresses
- New bathrooms (march 2017): shower (low entry), WC, hairdryer
- Cable TV and hi-fi system
- Free WiFi internet access in every apartment
- Shelter for bikes and prams
- Coin-operated washing machines and dryers
Vehicles may be parked in a limited number of outdoor parking lots (especially for large and tall vehicles) and in an underground parking space (double parking / parking stall).
In order to reserve a parking spot for your stay that will be provided to you in accordance with the availability (at our option), we kindly ask you for the following information:
- Make and type of your car
- Registration number

Type A – 40 sq m
2-room apartment (2-4 pers.)
Location: On the ground floor and first floor, pattern furniture
Type B – 45 sq m
2-room apartment (2-4 pers.)
Location: On the ground floor and first floor, pattern furniture
Type C – 68 sq m
3-room apartment (2-6 Pers.)
Location: On the 2nd floor, pattern furniture
Type D – 30 sq m
1-room apartment (1-2 pers.)
Location: In the attic, pattern furniture.
